In our fast-paced world, where moments often fly by in a blur, taking the time to document and celebrate family connections feels more important than ever. These sweet cousins came together to freeze a moment in time when they were all so small.

In the end, it's not just about the photographs themselves, but the stories they tell and the memories they preserve. The cousins' portrait session was a testament to the beauty of family ties – a reminder that in every click of the camera, there's a story waiting to be shared and cherished. These little ones will likely not even remember coming to Legacy Portraits for these photos, but, that is okay! In the end, what we capture today becomes the Legacy we leave behind tomorrow.

Guess who is in the double digits? Yup, this girl is now ten-years-old! She came to Legacy Portraits on her birthday. I cannot think of a better way to celebrate than having new portraits taken. I hope she will always remember this special time in her life when she is not quite a teen but not quite a young child. I’m happy she had a special time in the studio just for her. She is a beautiful girl inside and out!

This little guy was tough at first. He woke up in a grouchy mood and did not want to have anything to do with his portrait session! It took bribes, coaxing and a yellow airplane to get him to warm up! Finally he was a happy and smiley boy. He is just adorable! I love his big thoughtful, brown eyes! One very exciting thing will be happening in his life pretty soon. He is going to be a big brother!! I think he is up to the task! Here are some of my favorite images from his session.

This family called me because their children and grandchildren, who all live in different states, were going to be in Georgia together for the first time in a long time!  They wanted to document the occasion with an extended family photo shoot.  I'm so glad they made the choice to not trust their precious memories with some cell phone shots that may or may not ever get printed!  They now will have a beautiful printed album full of memories that can be viewed and shared for many years to come.

How time flies!  Seems like just last week I was doing Jaden’s newborn photos!  He is a big one year old now and ready for action!  It’s a good thing he enjoys Cheerios as they were a good way to keep him in place for quick photos.  I really had to shoot fast as he was on the move!  So fun!
